Seneca County Sheriffs Activity for 7/21

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Terrance J. Freeman age 23 of 83 Canal Street Lyons, NY 14489. Freeman was arrested on a warrant issued by Seneca County Family Court for failure to appear. Freeman was then brought before the Seneca Falls Town Court Judge for an arraignment at which time he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 secured bond. Freeman will appear in Seneca County Family Court at a later date and time to answer the warrant.Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested David A Hennigan, 30, of 5 High St Lyons, NY, for a Warrant issued out of the Town of Junius for failure to appear on the original charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. Hennigan was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5000 cash bail, $10,000 secured bond. Hennigan is to reappear in the Town of Junius on July 21st, 2011, to answer the charges.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of Benjamin U. Massey age 37 of 47 Rumsey Street, Seneca Falls on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failure to pay fine. Massey was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $500 or $1000 secure bond. Massey is scheduled to reappear on 07/27/2011 at 9:00am at the Town of Seneca Falls Court.The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff Deputies arrested Monte C. Hawkins, age 36 formerly of 11 E. Elisha St., Waterloo NY on an arrest warrant for Fail to Mail Address Verification Form, Fail to Register Sex Offender out of the Village of Waterloo Court as well as a warrant from the Town of Varick Court for Violation of Probation/Conditional Discharge for a conviction of Unlawful Imprisionment 2nd and Cruelty to aminals. Hawkins was arraigned in the Town of Varick Court in front of Justice Ettman. Hawkins was committed to the SCCF in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond for the charges in the Village of Waterloo. A return date was set for 7/20/11 at 9am. On the Violation of Probation/ Conditional discharge warrant, Ettman committed Hawkins to the SCCF in lieu of an additional $20,000 bail or $40,000 bond. An appearance was set for Hawkins to return on 7/21/11 at 7 pm in Varick Town Court.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Sandra J. McMillen, 26, of 6 Hawley Street in Seneca Falls, on a warrant issued out of the Seneca County Family Court for failing to appear for a scheduled court appearance. McMillen was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 secured bond. McMillen posted bail at the Court and was released. McMillen is to reappear in the Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
