The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Robert L. Partin, 37, of 759 Marsh Road in Tyre, on a bench warrant issued out of the Tyre Town Court for failing to appear on two charges of Harboring Unlicensed Dogs. Partin was issued an appearance ticket by the Town of Tyre Dog Control Officer in February of 2011 for failing to license and vaccinate his dogs. Partin was arraigned in the Tyre Town Court and released after making arrangements with the Court to pay his fine.
