Waterloo man arrested for threats, menacing

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Richard A. Principio, 44, of 2478 Reed Rd. Waterloo NY for two counts of Harassment in the 2nd degree and one count of Menacing in the 3rd degree. Deputies said that they were called to 2478 Reed Rd. Waterloo for a domestic incident. During the incident Principio pushed a male and female victim and threatened to kill them. Principio was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court in front of Justice Marsh where he was released on his own recognizance and is to return to court on 8/9/11 at 2pm.
