Planty, age 22 from 25 Peterman Road Apt#B-1 Seneca Falls, NY for Robbery in the 3rd degree; Assault in the 3rd degree; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest stems from an incident Friday morning July 15th, 2011 where it is alleged that Planty shot a sixteen year old male in the leg with a BB gun while the sixteen year old male was lying on the couch in Planty’s apartment.
