Teen arrested in W’loo with hypodermic needles

The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Melissa J. VanZile, 19 of 8166 High Street Port Byron, NY for Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.The arrest is the result of an investigation where an officer observed Dylan C. Slack, 18 of 518 Yale Station Road Geneva, NY litter. VanZile was then found to be carrying hypodermic needles.Both parties were issued an appearance ticket to answer their respective charges in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date and time.
