On July 7th, 2011 at approx. 4:30 PM Seneca Falls Police arrested William Rivera, age 48 from 2571 Brewer Road Trailer#25 Waterloo, NY on the Criminal Procedure Law of Violation of Conditions of Sentence. On May 25th, 2011 Rivera was given a Conditional Discharge by Judge Mahoney in the Seneca Falls Town Court on an Obstructing Governmental Administration charge and ordered to pay a surcharge of $205 by June 24th, 2011. Rivera was late paying this fine thus violating his terms of his conditions. Rivera was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court in front of Judge Mahoney and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail. Rivera is scheduled to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 13th, 2011 at 9:00 AM. The Seneca Falls Police was assisted by the New York State Police on Finding Rivera and executing this Bench Warrant.
