State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of an individual following an investigation into a child being sexually abused. On 07/01/11, Jonathan J. Hilfiger, Age 25, of 207A Lyons Rd. Geneva, NY was arrested and charged with Sex Abuse 1st (Class D Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor). Hilfiger allegedly had sexual contact with a 4 year old child in the Town of Waterloo in 2009. Hilfiger is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 07/06/11 at 10:30 AM.
