Seneca Falls Police Dept. arrested Elizabeth M. Brownrigg, age 27, of 25 Peterman Rd H-1, Seneca Falls, NY on July 4th, 2011 at 2:22am following a traffic stop on Green Street. Brownrigg was charged with Improper Right Turn, Failure to Notify DMV of Address Change, Driving While Intoxicated and Operating with a BAC of .08% or More. Brownrigg was released on Traffic Tickets and will appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on July 7th, 2011 at 10am to answer the charges.Seneca Falls Police arrested Anthony M. Lagana, age 18, of 66 Stark Street, Waterloo, NY on July 2nd, 2011 at 3:51am following a traffic stop on W. Bayard Street. Lagana was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Posession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. A small quantity of Marijuana and Cocaine was found in his possession following the arrest. Lagana was released on Appearance Tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 7th, 2011 at 10:00am.Seneca Falls Police arrested John P. Houck Jr., age 37 of 11 Seneca Manor Drive, Seneca Falls on July 2nd, 2011 at 8:27pm following a civillian complaint and subsequent traffic stop on W Bayard Street. Houck was charged with Felony DWI, Failure to Submit to a Breath Test and No Stop Lamps after receiving a report that he almost drove his vehicle into an Ice Machine at a Fall Street business after driving over the curbing in the parking lot. Houck was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the SCCF in lieu of $2500 cash/$5000 bond and is to reappear on July 7th at 9am. Houck’s vehicle was impounded.
