State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of an individual following an investigation into a reported fight in the Town of Fayette.Peter Bussey, Age 39, of 3917 State Route 96 A Fayette, NY was arrested and charged with Reckless Endangerment 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of Child after he struck and injured three individuals with a vehicle he was driving. This event happened in front of several children. Bussey was issued an Appearance Ticket for the Town of Fayette Court on 07/06/11.
