Sheriff David Gould reports that The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a two car pedestrian accident.At about 10:16 pm on Sunday July 3rd as traffic was letting out of Emerson Park from the Annual Fireworks Display, a 2003 GMC Pickup operated south on Owasco Road by Adam Hurd (19, Auburn) struck a 1995 Volvo pulling out of Waterford Lane operated by Tyrel Cochran (19, Skaneateles) and occupied by Jamie Cochran (22, Skaneateles) & Tyler Cochran (18, Skaneateles). Vehicle operators and occupants were not injured.The impact forced the Volvo into the pedestrians which were walking along Owasco road causing numerous leg and back injuries. The Owasco Fire Department was assisted by Cayuga County Emergency Management, Fleming Fire 1 & 2, Throop Fire and Ambulance, Aurelius Fire Department, Sennett Fire Department, Auburn Fire Department, Rural Metro Ambulance, TLC/Auburn Ambulance, Onondaga County Air One
