Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a personal injury auto accident at the intersection of State Route 318 and Gravel Road.A vehicle driven North on Gravel Road by 16 year old Sarah E. Saxton of 1404 Middle Black Brook Road Seneca Falls came up to the intersection of State Route 318 and pulled out into the path of a vehicle being driven east bound.That vehicle was being operated by 70 year old Janet C. Blaser of Fairport, NY. Seneca Falls & Magee Fire Departments responded and assisted at the scene. Blaser was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance for minor injuries. Blaser was then transported to Geneva General Hospital.Saxton was checked over by North Seneca Ambulance and with her parent’s consent, will receive further medical treatment on her own.The two vehicles were heavily damaged and towed from the scene.Saxton was issued a traffic ticket for fail to yield the right of way at a stop sign. Saxton will have to appear in Town of Tyre court on July 13th 2011 at 6 p.m.
