Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested David B. Kolbash, age 29, of 78 Center St. Waterloo N.Y. 13165 on charges of Burglary 3rd degree and Grand Larceny 4th degree. Deputies state that a Town of Junius resident reported suspicious activity on Avery Rd. Upon investigating the incident it was discovered that Kolbash entered a workshop and stole a check book.Deputies found Kolbash at home and after an investigation arrested Kolbash for the Burglary and Larceny. Kolbash was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court in front of Justice Marsh. Kolbash was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 insured bond. Kolbash is set to appear in the Town of Junius Court on 7/23/11 at 7pm.
