According to the Finger Lakes Times, Wally Morabito. 22 of Genesee St. Geneva was arrested after a traffic stop on North Exchange St. at about 3:00 am Saturday. Because his blood alcohol content was at least .18 percent the charge is aggravated. He was also charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Mr. Morabito was arraigned in city court and remanded to the county jail on $2500 cash bail or $5000 bail bond.
