Sunday June 26, 2011 at approximately 1:56 a.m. Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher J. Cator age 38 of 14 Auburn Road Apt. 21 Seneca Falls NY 13148. Cator was charged with inadequate lights, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while having greater than .08 % BAC. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Cayuga Street in the Village of Seneca Falls. Cator was released on traffic tickets to appear in SF Town Court on 07.14.11 at 10:00 am.On 06/24/2011 at about 12:35 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested John C. Archibald age 22, of 324 Kauris Circle, Geneva, NY 14456. Archibald was arrested on a bench warrant that was issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Failure to Pay Fine. Archibald was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Mahoney and was released after a fine of 375 dollars was paid.
