Woman Build fundraiser concert postponed

The concert featuring Sarah and Joe Mull scheduled for Sunday, June 26, has been postponed. The evening was to be a benefit for Humanity’s Women Build project.Finance committee chair Lori Parish said the decision to postpone the concert was made after a lot of discussion by her committee. “We hate to disappoint those who were planning to attend, but advance ticket sales indicated that many families had graduation events already scheduled. Out of courtesy to the Mulls who so generously agreed to donate their time, we decided the best decision would be to postpone the concert until later in the summer.”Parish said Women Build is grateful to the Mulls, the Waterloo VFW and to the public for their understanding. She also thanked the many merchants who had donated prizes for the raffles.“We hope to see everyone later in the summer when the delightful couple perform their special blend of traditional and modern music,” she said.
