Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Deon L. Watkins age 29 of 11 F Stanton Meadows, Seneca Falls. It is alleged that Watkins did not pay his fine from the Town of Tyre Court. Watkins was arraigned before Town of Junius Justice Laird and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750 cash or $1,500 bond. Watkins will have to reappear in Tyre Town Court on July 19th 2011 at 5 pm.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Deputies arrested David J. Ingandello, 24, of 2131 West Wycoff Road in Ovid. The arrest stems from a Domestic Incident at a residence in the Town of Ovid where it is alleged that Ingandello choked a female several times and prevented her from calling 911 for help. Ingandello was also charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration after allegedly interfering with the Sherriff’s Office investigation. Ingandello was arraigned in the Town of Ovid Court and remanded to the SCCF in lieu of $300 cash bail $600 secured bond. Ingandello is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Ovid Court on July 18th @ 7 pm to answer the charges.
