Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Peter J. Garneau age 35 of 30 West River Street Waterloo for Criminal Contempt 2nd. It is alleged that on Saturday June 17th at about 8 p.m. Garneau was on the Seneca Cayuga Barge canal in a boat with a person that there was an active order of protection in effect to stay away from. Garneau was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Waterloo Town Court on July 19th 2011 at 2 p.m.
