On 06/20/2011 at about 7:07 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested, Chiara L. Leblanc age 23 of 51 Fall Street Apt 1, Seneca Falls, NY. Leblanc was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, a class “A” Misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident that occurred at a residence in the Village of Seneca Falls where Village police were attempting to execute a warrant. Leblanc refused to comply with officer’s verbal commands to open the door. Once the door was opened Lablanc stated that she hadn’t seen the subject in question since the night before when the subject in question was found hiding in the bedroom of the residence. Leblanc was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 7/14/2011 at 10 AM.On 06/20/2011 at about 7:07 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Marcus S. Wheeler age 21, of 209 West Williams Street, Waterloo, NY. Wheeler was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the Honorable Judge Mahoney out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Declaration of Delinquency. Wheeler was also charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd and also Criminal Contempt 2nd. The charges stem from an incident occurring at a village residence where Village Police were attempting to execute the above mentioned warrant when Wheeler was found hiding underneath a pile of clothes in the bedroom of the residence in an attempt to prevent the arrest. Wheeler was staying at the residence in the pool house when an active class “A” order of protection is in place that was protecting the homeowner. Wheeler failed to stay 500 feet away from the home. Wheeler was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Mahoney in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was remanded to the Seneca CountyCorrectional Facility in lieu of 10000 dollars cash bail or 20000 dollars insured bond. Wheeler is scheduled to re-appear in court on 7/13/11 at 9AM.
