The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 19th, 2011 at 12:31 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Susan Y. Hilkert, age 50, of 2500 Edwards Rd., Waterloo NY, on St Rt 5 in the Town of Waterloo. She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a BAC of .08 or more and Failed to Keep Right and is to appear before the Town of Waterloo, Justice Marsh on July 12th, 2011 to answer the charges.Seneca County Office of Sheriff Reports that Sheriff’s Deputy’s arrested 51 year old Anthony M.Demillo of 2194 Yellow Tavern Road Waterloo. Demillo was stopped on Auburn Road in the Town of Seneca Falls and found to be operating on a suspended license for fail to answer a summons out of the Town of Aurelius. Demillo was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court July 15th 2011 at 10:00 a.m.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Allen B. Mcloud, age 42 of 2862 Co. Rd. 139, Ovid, NY. Mcloud was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated .18% or greater, failure to use designated lane, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana following a traffic stop on County Road 139 in the Town of Ovid. Mcloud was arraigned in front of Judge Ewing at the Town of Ovid Court and committed to the custody of the Sheriff Office in lieu of $1000 bail. He is scheduled to reappear at Town of Ovid Court on 07/14/2011 at 7pm.Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies investigated personal injury motorcycle accident on Pre-Emption St in the Town of Waterloo. Deputies report that the motorcycle was driven by Brice J. Pullano, 22, of 62 Steele Rd. Waterloo. Pullano was northbound on Pre-Emption St when he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed. Pullano was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance and flown by Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital in Rochester for non life threatening injuries. The case is pending further investigation.Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested 2 female juveniles, ages 12 and 14, both of Waterloo for Petit Larceny. Deputies were called to a Town of Seneca Falls business for the report of a larceny. Upon investigation it was discovered that the two female juveniles had stolen approximately $132 worth of merchandise. The juveniles, whose names are being withheld due to their age, were issued issued appearance tickets to appear at Seneca County Probation on 6/22/11 to answer the juvenile delinquency charges. The juveniles were released to the custody of their parents.
