On 06-18-2011 at 0938hrs SFPD responded to a report of a Car Pedestrian Accident on Rumsey St near the Nice and Easy Parking Lot. Upon arrival, Officers discovered that Cheyenne C. Warnerbuck age 14 of 5663 State Route 96 Romulus, NY was attempting to cross Rumsey St when she was struck by a southbound vehicle being operated by Jacqueline J. Brown age 51 of 3028 East Bayard St Ext Seneca Falls, NY. According to witnesses, Warnerbuck went up onto the hood of Brown’s vehicle striking the windshield. Warnerbuck was not in a crosswalk at the time of the accident, she was crossing behind another vehicle that was stopped for the traffic signal on Rumsey St and Brown was unable to see her crossing. Warnerbuck was treated at the scene by Seneca Falls Fire Rescue and North Seneca Ambulance personnel. Warnerbuck was then transported to Geneva General Hospital by ambulance where she was treated for minor injuries. No summons issued.
