The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies arrested Brad W. Kettle age 23 of 20 Spruce Ln. Seneca Falls, NY for harassment in the second degree. The charge stems from an investigation into an incident that occurred at a Town of Seneca Falls business on June 1st, 2011 which Kettle shoved another person. Kettle was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 07, 2011 to answer to the charge.
