Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Stephan D. Lane age 27 of 6700Grimes Road Jordan, NY 13080. Lane was arrested on a warrant issued by Seneca County Family Court’sHonorable Judge Dennis Bender for a Family Court Act violation. Lane was brought before the WaterlooVillage Court for an arraignment due to Family Court not being in session at the time of his arrest. Mr. Lanewas remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 secure bond. He is scheduled to appear in Family Court at a later time.
