On 05/31/11 at approximately 7:38 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas D. Fischer, age 22, of 29 Green Street, Seneca Falls, NY on a warrant for Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the 4th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stems from a police investigation in which Fischer is accused of possessing and selling marijuana to an individual in the Village of Seneca Falls. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before Judge Mahoney and committed to SCCF on $2500 Cash/$5000 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 06/22/11 at 9 a.m. to answer the charges.
