Sheriff David Gould reports the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office will be sponsoring three Boater Safety Courses provided at no cost (adults 18 and over will incur a $10 fee when filing with New York State) with lunch provided by the Cayuga County Deputy Sheriff’s Benevolent Association.June 18th, 2011 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Ira Fire Department, 12591 Route 176, Cato, NY.July 9th, 2011 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Town of Summer Hill Town Hall, 13606 Route 90, Locke NY.July 16th, 2011 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Owasco Fire Department, 7174 Owasco Road, Auburn NY.Contact Deputy John Nedza at 315 294-8145 to reserve a seat. Space is limited so reservations are required.
