On 05/26/11 at approximately 7:43 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brandy L. Scutt, age 23, of 5766 Route 96, Romulus, NY for Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from an investigation in which Scutt is accused of leaving threatening voicemails on a village resident’s cell phone and also sent the resident a threatening message on Facebook. Scutt was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and ROR’d and has to re-appear in court on 06/08/11 at 9 a.m. to answer the charge. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the victim.
