A 16-year-old male was arrested on the evening of 05/26/11 following a police complaint of criminal mischief to a village business in Seneca Falls. Village police state they responded to a local business after police received reports of loud noises and banging. Police were given a description of the suspect and upon further investigation, the suspect admitted to damaging some property at the local business. The 16-year-old was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and was released to his parent on an appearance ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 06/02/11 at 10:00 a.m. The 16-year-old’s name is being withheld due to his eligibility for Youthful Offender Status.
