On 05/27/2011 at about 10:00 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Jay A. Clary, age 25, of 2 Fall Street, apt 22, Seneca Falls, NY. Clary who is currently on Parole was arrested after a home visit conducted by New York State Parole and Village police. He was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. Clary was released on a appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 06/16/2011 at 10 AM, to answer the charge.
