The Seneca Meadows Wetlands Preserve in Seneca Falls, New York, is sponsoring an amateur nature photography contest from June 1 – August 1, 2011. All photos must be taken at the Seneca Meadows Wetlands Preserve and e-mailed to contact@senecameadows.com by August 1, 2011. A cash prize of $100 will be awarded to the first place judged photo, as well as the photo that receives the popular vote. Submissions will be judged by a team of professional photographers, and by the public via Facebook. (Look for Seneca Meadows Education Center on Facebook). First, second and third place judged photos will be displayed at the Seneca Meadows Education Center during the Seneca Meadows Open House on Sunday, September 11, 2011. (Photos may also be mailed on a disk to Seneca Meadows, 1786 Salcman Road, Waterloo, NY 13165.)
