On 5/18/2011 at about 3:21 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested John T. Nagle Jr age 38, of 11 West Main Street Apt B, Waterloo NY. Nagle was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Fail to Appear. Nagle was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was Released on his own Recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 5/25/2011 at 11AM. On 5/18/2011 at about 3:52 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested William Rivera age 48, of 25 Peterman Road Apt A-7, Seneca Falls, NY. Rivera was arrested on a arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Harassment 2nd. The charge stems from an incident where Rivera allegedly threatened a police officer. Rivera was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of 500 dollars cash bail or 1000 dollars insured bond. Bail was however revoked due to Rivera violating his conditional discharge. Rivera is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 5/25/2011 at 11AM.
