Seneca County Sheriff Police Beat for 5/20

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on May 19, 2011 at 1331 hrs, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Tiffany L. Walker, age 29 of 989 Dryden Rd Apt. 9 Ithaca, NY on St Rt. 96 in the Town of Romulus. She is charged with DWAI Drugs, Failure to keep right and Public Health Law violation for controlled substance in non original container. Walker is to appear before the Town of Romulus, Justice Greule on June 17, 2011 at 10:00AM to answer to the charges.Misc: Original charges stem from a civilian complaint of an erratic driver south bound in the Hamlet of Romulus. Deputies were able to locate the vehicle in the area of St. Rt. 96 and Yerkes Rd., where Deputies witnessed Walkers vehicle crossing the center line into the north bound traffic.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Abner A Colon age 22 of Courtyard Apartments, building D48, Geneva, NY on a Family Court Warrant for failure to appear. Colon was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $1500 cash bail. He is to reappear at the next available Family Court date. The Seneca County Sheriff’s were assisted at the scene by Geneva PD.
