State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of an individual following an investigation into the theft of tools from a home building site in the Town of Tyre. David Hennigan, Age 29, of 5 High St. Lyons, NY was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th for allegedly possessing and selling known stolen tools. Hennigan was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and the Village of Newark Court . Hennigan was Ror’d by both courts. Hennigan is to reappear to the Town of Tyre Court on June 6, 2011 at 5:00 PM.
