The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 4887 Route 96A, Romulus, for a fire alarm activation. Once on scene it was discovered that allegedly a 14 yr old T/Varick juvenile pulled the pull station which activated the fire alarm. Deputies arrested the juvenile and issued a juvenile appearance ticket charging the youth with falsely reporting an incident 2nd degree. The youth will appear at the Seneca County Probation Dept. on 05/24/11 at 12:00 pm to answer to the charge.
