On 05/18/2011 at approx. 12:35 AM Seneca Falls Police arrested William “Willie” Rivera, age 48 from 25 Peterman Road Apt. A-7 Seneca Falls, NY ; Beth A. VanDeMortel, age 42 from 2022 Balsey Road Apt.#100 Seneca Falls, NY; and Shawn M. Standbrook, age 25 from 1157 Waterloo-Geneva Road Waterloo, NY. On May 17th, 2011 at approx. 11:35 PM Seneca Falls Police were dispatched to the second noise complaint of the evening at 25 Peterman Road Apt. A-7. When Officers arrived on scene they located Standbrook outside the residence in the parking lot with an open container of beer.
