On 05/15/11 at approx. 1509 hrs. Seneca Falls Police arrested a 16 year old male and a 17 year old male for Burglary in the third degree and Petit Larceny. Seneca Falls Police responded to a residence on East Bayard Street after recieving a complaint of approx. $400.00 in loose change was missing. After several interviews it was discovered that the 16 year old and the 17 year old entered the residence on 05/14/11 between the hours of 8:30pm and 10:00pm and stole the loose change while the owners were out of town. Both the 16 year old and the 17 year old were arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Mahoney. Both were committed to the SCCF on $1000.00 cash bail or $2000.00 Ins. bond. Both are to reappear at a later date.
