Seneca Falls Police Beat for 5/15

On 5/13/11 at about 8:21 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Benito V. Guzman Jr. age 33 of 2619 Edwards Road, Waterloo, N.Y. Guzman was arrested on a Arrest Warrant for Trespass issued by Judge Mahoney out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The Warrant stemmed from and incident that occurred on 10/10/2010 at 55 West Bayard Street in the Village of Seneca Falls. Guzman was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 dollars cash bail or $1000 dollars insured bond. Guzman is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 5/25/2011 at 9AM.On 5/13/11 at about 1:14 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Dominick V. Sinicropi age 19, of 19 Troy Street, Seneca Falls, NY. Sinicropi was charged following a traffic stop for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750 dollars cash bail or $1000 dollars insured bond. Sinicropi is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 5/25/11 at 9AM.On 5/13/11 at about 5:45 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Robert C. Ball age 62, of 25 Peterman Road apt I-4, Seneca Falls, NY. Police responded to the Hunter Run Town Homes for a report of a missing 5 year old child. It was found that Robert Ball was in charge of watching the 5 year old child who was riding his bicycle in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Ball went inside for a period of time and when he returned outside he was unable to locate the child. While on scene Seneca Falls Police received a call regarding a small child on a bicycle in the middle of River Road in the area of Sauders Market and was blocking traffic and reportedly was almost struck by several vehicles. Law enforcement responded to the area of Sauders Market and found that traffic was backed up to the Elks club due to the child still being in the middle of the roadway. Police returned the 5 year old child back to his mother. The child was not injured. Police charged Robert Ball with Endangering thewelfare of a child. He was brought back to the police station where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 06/02/2011 at 10AM to answer the charge.
