On 05-12-2011 at approx 1310hrs SFPD arrested Tracy M. Tyman age 29 of 8533 Route 414 Lodi, NY on an arrest warrant for Petit Larceny. Tyman is accused of stealing binoculars and coins from a vehicle on Daniels St in the Village of Seneca Falls. Tyman was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court Justice Mahoney and committed to the Seneca Co Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000cashbail/$2000ins bond. Tyman is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 06-08-2011 at 0900hrs.On May 12, 2011 at approx. 10:30 PM the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Martin T. Mccutcheon, age 45 of 98 Center Street Waterloo, NY 13165. Mccutcheon was stopped by police on Fall Street for driving a vehicle with no stop lamp and driving on the shoulder of the road. While interviewing Mccutcheon on the scene of the traffic stop, officers could smell an odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Mccutcheon was then administered field sobriety tests which he then alledgedly failed. Further investigation showed that Mccutcheon had a prior conviction in June of 2001 out of the Town of Waterloo Court for DWI. Mccutcheon was then charge with Felony DWI, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, No Stop Lamp and Driving on the Shoulder of the road. Mccutcheon was then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail $10,000 ins bond. Mccutcheon’s Felony Hearing is set for May 19, 2011 at 9:00 AM at the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
