On 05-06-2011 at approx 1140hrs, SFPD arrested Sean C. Loucks age 24 of 1536 Whiskey Hill Rd Waterloo, NY on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay Fine. Loucks is accused of failing to pay a fine for an original charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Loucks was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court Justice Mahoney where he paid a fine of $125 and was released.On 05-06-2011 at approx 1634hrs, SFPD arrested Gerald A. Frederick age 26 of 2133 Route 5 and 20 Apt 15F Seneca Falls, NY on a Violation of Probation. Frederick is accused of violating the terms of his probation and was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court Justice Mahoney and remanded to the Seneca Co Correctional Facility with no bail. Frederick is to reappear in Town Court on 05-25-2011 at 0900hrs.
