The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Thomas H. McBride II, 19 of 105 East Main Street Waterloo, NY for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawfully Growing Cannabis (without a License). The arrest is the result of a complaint where officers were alerted to a grow operation at McBride’s residence.Officers were given consent to search the residence and located plants, paraphernalia, and other associated equipment.McBride was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Waterloo Village Court.
