Seneca Falls man arrested on felony charge

On 05-03-2011 at 0926hrs, SFPD arrested Chad L. Stevens age 34 of 55 Stevenson St apt 11 Seneca Falls, NY on charges of Criminal Mischief 3rd, a class E felony, Forcible Touching, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from a Domestic Dispute that occurred at his residence at approx 0745hrs 05-03-2011. Stevens is accused of grabbing a female resident by her wrists, pushing her in the apartment and then engaging in unwanted sexual contact. The victim’s 2 year old child was present in the room during the incident. Before leaving the residence, Stevens damaged property belonging to the victim. Stevens was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court Judge Laird, he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500cash bail/$5000 ins. bond. A class A Order of Protection, stay away order, was issued for the victim. Stevens is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 05-06-11 at 1530hrs.
