On 4-28-2011 at approx 1:00pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Ornitha S. Neal, 57, of 192 Ovid St, Lot 24 for Burglary 2nd and Petit Larceny. Charges stem from an incident where Neal entered another residence and took a jar containing coins and winning scratch off lottery tickets. After interviewing witnesses, officers were given permission by Neal to search the structure. Officers located the stolen items hidden within the residence. Neal was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR’d to reappear on 5-11-2011 to answer the charges.
