On Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 2:34 PM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested James K. Moore, age 33 of 7321 ST. RT. 104A, Red Creek, NY for Criminal Contempt 2nd degree and Harassment 2nd Degree. Mr. Moore allegedly pushed an individual in front of the Seneca County Court House and violated an order of protection that was against him. Mr. Moore was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was released on his own recognizance. Mr. Moore is due back in Village Court on June 15, 2011 at 10:00 AM. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
