On 4/25/2011 at about 1:38 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Zachary R. Eggleston age 18, of 2 Fall Street Apt 32, Seneca Falls, NY. Eggleston was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Fail to Pay Fine. Eggleston was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 dollars cash bail or $500 dollars insured bond. Eggleston is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 5/11/11 at 9 AM. On 4/26/2011 at about 11:15 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Jill M. Wilson age 31, of 35 Porter Street, Seneca Falls, NY. Wilson was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child after it was reported to police that a two year old child was on the second story roof top of her residence. Wilson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 5/19/2011 at 10:00.
