Seneca Falls Police Beat for 4/25

On 04/23/11 at approximately 9:49 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Eric S. Burleson, age 29, of 190 1/2 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police report they responded to Burleson’s residence for a domestic dispute in which Burleson is accused of grabbing a woman by the back of her shirt in an attempt to prevent her from the leaving the residence while she was holding her 3-year-old child in her arms. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond and is to re-appear in court on 05/11/11 at 9 a.m. to answer the charges. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the woman and the child.At midnight on 04/24/11 the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tara N. Kinne, age 30, of 168 Melville Street, Rochester, NY for DWI following a traffic stop. Kinne was also charged with operating a motor vehicle while having a BAC of 0.08, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and inadequate muffler. Further investigation at the scene revealed that Kinne’s license priviledges had been revoked for 11 suspensions on 7 dates and Kinne was also charged with Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree. She was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond and is to re-appear in court on 05/11/11 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charges.Seneca Falls Police arrested William A. Dolansky, age 52, of 110 Auburn Road, Rm 21, Seneca Falls, NY on 4-24-11 on Ovid Street following a 9:30am traffic stop. Dolansky was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Alcohol, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, Unlicensed Operator and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. Dolansky was arraigned in SF Town Court and was remanded to the SCCF in lieu of $1000 cash/$2000 bond and is to reappear in Town Court on May 11th, 2011.On April 21st 2011 Seneca Falls Police Arrested Tara M. Oldfield-Parker 18 of 221 Falls Street on a Warrant for Violation of Probation. Oldfield-Parker was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 27th 2011 at 9:00am to answer to the charges. On April 20th 2011 Seneca Falls Police arrested Brianna S. Long 25 of 28 Auburn Road Apt C7 Seneca Falls and Tyler J. Parshall 19 of 2133 State Route 5 and 20 Apt. D4 for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest Stems from an incident where Long allowed Parshall to smoke marijuana at her residence while her two year old child was inside the residence. Child protective services was notified. Long and Parshall were both remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash $5000 bond. Long and Parshall are scheduled to appear on April 27th 2011 to answer to the charge. On 04/24/11 at approximately 12:24 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Bill E. Ridley, age 25, of 17 Auburn Road, Seneca Falls, NY for DWI following a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident. Village police state they received a complaint of a hit-and-run on Cowing Street near Bull’s Run. Witnesses reported seeing Ridley’s vehicle strike a parked car near Bull’s Run, which caused damage to Ridley’s vehicle and the parked car. Witnesses then observed Ridley’s vehicle leave the scene of the accident and proceed westbound on Cowing Street. Police were given a description of the vehicle at which point it was subsequently located on Water Street where police initiated a traffic stop. Ridley was found to be operating the motor vehicle and admitted to police that he struck the parked car. Ridley was also charged with Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.10. Ridley was processed and released to a 3rd party and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/28/11 at 10:00 a.m. Police were able to locate the owner of the parked car and advised the owner of this complaint.
