At 4:19 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office along with Fisher’s Fire and Victor/Farmington ambulance responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident on State Route 96 and North High Street in Victor. Ms. Deborah Torkelson’s (age 54 of Farmington NY) vehicle rear ended Ms. Deborah Wegner, age 50 of Rochester NY as both approached the stop light at North High Street Ms Torkelson was transported to Thompson Hospital by Victor/Farmington ambulance and treated for minor back pain. Ms Wegner was checked over but was not transported.. Ms Torkelson was issued a. ticket for following to closely and will answer this charge in the Victor Town. Court at a later date.
