Seneca Falls Police Beat for 4/15 – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On April 15, 2011 at approx. 12:41 AM the Seneca Falls Police arrested Matthew G. Atwater, age 19 of 835 Crow Hill Road Skaneateles, NY. Police observed a green Ford pick up traveling southbound over the Ovid Street bridge with the driver-side headlight out. Police then stopped the vehicle on east Bayard Street and found Atwater to be the driver. At the end of the investigation police found Atwater to be intoxicated. Atwater was then transported to the police department where he then gave a BAC reading 0.08%. Atwater was then issued three UTT’s for DWI, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC Greater than 0.08% and no Headlight. Atwater was then released to a third party and has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 21, 2011 at 10:00 AM to answer his charges.On April 14th 2011 at around 12:30 am Seneca Falls Police arrested Marcus S. Wheeler age 21 of 200 Fall St. Seneca Falls and Elizabeth R. Stennie age 23 of 112 State Street Seneca Falls for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stems from an incident in which both Stennie and Wheeler were found in a vehicle in the parking lot of a local business after business hours. Both Stennie and Wheeler were issued appearance tickets and released. Stennie and Wheeler are to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 5th 2011 at 10:00am to answer to the charges.
