Punch and run at SF tavern leads to arrest

On April 15, 2011 at approx. 3:30 AM. the Seneca Falls Police arrested John T. Nagel JR, age 38 of 11 West Main Street Apartment B Waterloo, NY. Police were called to Bulls Run earlier in the night for a physical altercation, where it is alleged that Nagel had came to the establishment and struck another male and then fled the scene. A short time later police then located Nagel while he was brought into custody by the Waterloo Police Department. Nagel was then issued an appearance ticket for Harassment. Nagel has to appear at the Town Of Seneca Falls Court on May 5, 2011 at 10:00AM.
