On April 10th, 2011 at approx. 3:08 AM the Seneca Falls Police arrested Jason M. Piscitelli, age 40 of 6761 Cedar Street Akron, NY. Piscitelli was stopped by police on Ovid Street for failing to keep right. At the end of the investigation police found Piscitelli to be intoxicated. Piscitelli was then transported back to the Seneca Falls Police Department where he then gave a BAC reading of 0.15%. Piscitelli was charged with Failure to Keep Right, DWI, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC greater than 0.08% and Possession of Marijuana. Piscitelli was then released on an appearance ticket and three UTT’s. Piscitelli has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 21, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
