Luis M. Garcia was arrested on April 7, 2011 at around 2:00 PM at the Ontario County Jail on a warrant issued out of Manchester Town Court. The defendant was arraigned in The Village of Clifton Springs Court and recommitted to Ontario County Jail with the additional bail of $500.00. Garcia will appear before the Manchester Town Court at a later date,
