On 4/08/2011 at 2:19 am deputies arrested Earl Brandy,age 19, of Oswego NY for hosting an underage drinking party at her apartment at the Twin Pines Hotel located at 4440 Lakeshore Drive, apartment #3„ Canandaigua, NY. Emily M. Lawrence, age 19, of Churchville NY and Kayla M.Kline, age 18, of Seneca Falls NY were arrested for possession of an alcoholic beverage under the age of 21. All parties were issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
