Seneca Falls woman charged w/ stealing cellphone

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, that Deputies arrested Lisa A. Zerniak,34, of Blackbrook Rd. Seneca Falls for one count of Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Zerniak stole a cellular phone from a Town of Tyre resident on 4/3/11. Zerniak was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Tyre Court on 5/18/11 in front of Justice Duffy to answer the charges.
